She is passionate about developing people and has worked for many years helping individuals to develop, grow and realise their potential. She believes in getting individuals to take personal responsibility for their goals and actions. She also helps others to be effective mentors.

 

 

She has gained her experience working in a number of corporate in-house roles, including M&S, Exel and Centrica and in consultancies including Watson Wyatt, Item and Clutterbuck Associates.

Jill has particular expertise in the smooth delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget. This has included managing a virtual international team of associates to deliver projects for clients – she always ensures an accurate brief and a great fit between consultant and client. She carries out client reviews to measure the success of all that we do and seeks out ways to continuously improve our services.

 

 

She has a passion for ensuring that any interventions are linked to the bottom line – results are her focus.

She is an expert in the effective use of a wide range of research and communication tools and excels in event management. Her approach ensures that all intervention areas are designed to support business goals. Corporate roles have included, Centrica, British Gas and the BG Group. David Clutterbuck

Consultant


David Clutterbuck is visiting professor in the coaching and mentoring faculties of Sheffield Hallam and Oxford Brookes Universities. One third of his 55 books cover coaching and mentoring topics.


David brought the concept of supported mentoring to Europe in the early 1980s and pioneered the developmental model of mentoring. He is co-founder of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, for which he is now Special Ambassador, and of the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes and appears regularly as one of HR's top 25 most influential.

Deborah Morel

Deborah has spent over 20 years in a combination of Director/senior line management and consultancy roles. As an Organisational and Human Resources Development consultant, she works in the areas of Organisational Change and Transformation, employee engagement, conflict management, talent development, diversity, leadership development. An experienced facilitator, mentor and coach, she has designed and delivered both large group open space and small team interventions helping both through the learning process, working with change and transformation.


She has also developed and delivered several mentoring and coaching programmes including diversity mentoring programmes through her work with David Clutterbuck.


Deborah was involved with Cherie Blair's Foundation for women, working with established entrepreneurs and business owners who are mentoring women in developing countries to build their own businesses. She is a Henley accredited coach.

Cami Joerin

Cami has worked in internal communications and change since 1995, both in-house and consultancy with blue chip clients in the private and public sectors including defence, financial services, retail and aerospace.

 

She is passionate about the employee experience: engagement, employer brand, and is a firm believer in joined up communication to reduce the 'noise' and burden on the employee.

 

 

Cami's specialisms include strategic internal communications consultancy, inspiring campaigns, global benchmarking, measurement design and focus group facilitation. Channel creation and management including events, web, audio and publications. Employer brand strategy, touch point audits and embedding.
